Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Home Health in the Philadelphia area. This position involves providing home health physical therapy services, with responsibilities aligned to the facility's specifications. The role requires prior experience with electronic health record systems and exposure to outpatient or home health settings.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in physical therapy, a valid state licensure, at least 1 year of experience in home health, and proficiency with electronic health record systems such as Epic.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient or home health environments, and familiarity with OASIS documentation.
- Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The position involves working within specified geographic zones, requiring adaptability to working in patients homes and in accordance with facility protocols.
