Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Pennsylvania
• Proven experience conducting assessments, developing interventions, and offering counseling services for school-aged children
• Deep understanding of special education processes and laws (IEPs, 504 Plans, eligibility determination)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships with students, educators, and parents
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while prioritizing student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations and interpret data to support student development
• Develop individualized intervention strategies and contribute to the creation and monitoring of IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to provide consultation and implement targeted supports
• Offer crisis intervention and counseling services to students as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and help shape a positive, inclusive school climate
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
