Profile Logistics Support Do you have logistics experience and know how to keep complex project operations running smoothly behind the scenes? Are you interested in supporting dynamic offshore and vessel-related operations? We are looking for a Logistics Support professional to coordinate transport, customs, and operational logistics across multiple offshore projects and vessels, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time. Tasks & responsibilities Support logistics coordination across multiple offshore projects and vessels. Arrange and monitor transport of materials, equipment, and project-related shipments. Coordinate customs clearance activities and ensure correct handling of import/export processes. Work closely with internal coordinators and operational teams to support day-to-day logistics activities. Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and other external logistics partners. Track deliveries and help resolve delays, documentation issues, or transport-related challenges. Support vessel logistics requirements in coordination with offshore resources teams. Ensure logistics activities are aligned with project schedules and operational priorities. Maintain accurate logistics records, shipping documents, and status updates. Assist with ad hoc logistics tasks based on project and vessel requirements. Requirements Logistics Support Experience in logistics coordination or logistics support role. Experience supporting multiple projects and/or operational teams at the same time. Strong understanding of customs processes and import/export documentation. Experience in offshore, maritime, energy, or project-based environments is highly preferred. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Strong organisational and coordination skills. Good communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders. Hands‑on, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset.
