Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care, including routine health needs and medical emergencies. Administer and document medications accurately, including controlled substances. Conduct timely health assessments and monitor vital signs, weight, mood, and behavior Coordinate lab work and accompany residents to medical appointments Communicate relevant medical information to parents, the Nursing Director, and Treatment Team Collaborate with therapists and psychiatric providers to support treatment plans Participate in an on‑call rotation ensuring 24/7 medical support Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate clinical documentation Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 21 years of age Active LPN or RN license in the State of Utah Valid Utah driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a Utah State background check Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Proficiency in medical terminology, clinical charting, and medication administration Skilled in physical health assessments and standard nursing tools Comfortable with word processing software and basic network navigation Willingness to receive professional feedback and participate in ongoing training CAQH profile and NPI number required for credentialin Benefits New Haven is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
