Job Description

Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for numerous direct reports and technicians. They are responsible for all lines, operations, wastewater treatment, warehouse, and plant utilities.

Responsibilities:

* Direct the development and execution of capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with the Plant Engineer and Leadership Team

* Manage and improve the preventive maintenance program, including equipment reliability, backlog management, periodic overhauls, and the annual R&M budget

* Lead regulatory programs including Arc Flash, LOTO, Confined Space, and PSM, while supporting water, energy, waste reduction, and sustainability initiatives

* Lead direct and indirect employees through coaching, training, performance management, productivity monitoring, and policy enforcement

Required Skills & Experience:

* 8-10+ years of experience maintenance management experience

* Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, boiler systems, building maintenance, etc.

* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm while also being on-call

* Project management experience

Preferred Skills & Experience:

* Knowledge of SQF and HACCP
