RN Supervisor

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting and restoring patients' health by overseeing patient care, managing staff, collaborating with physicians, and providing both physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families.

Weekly Pay

• Competitive hourly rate of $49 - $51 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day management and long-term planning of patient care
• Oversee staff and ensure high-quality patient care and services
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote excellence in patient care

Requirements:

• Current NYS RN Licensure (BSN preferred but not required)
• Two years of experience in Long-Term Care or medical/surgical settings preferred (new RN Grads welcome)
