Travel Nurse - Step-Down $2,088/wk

Qualifications

  • State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
  • Certifications BLS (AHA)
  • Certifications NIHSS (AHA)
  • Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Step-Down in last 3 years.
  • EMR Epic
  • Skills Assessment STD skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
  • References 1 Supervisor reference within the last 1 year. 1 Charge RN reference within the last 1 year.
  • Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
  • Additional Confirmations Experience with interpretation of dysrhythmias is required.
  • Additional Confirmations Experience with management of dysrhythmias is required.
  • Additional Confirmations Experience with pre/post cardiac cath is required.
  • Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
  • Travel Contract Local contracts within 75.0 miles not accepted.
  • Requested Time Off Up to 7 days of time off can be requested.
