Compensation:

• Potential to earn $60,000–$120,000+ in your first year
• Uncapped pay structure — your effort = your income

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to business owners using provided leads
• Qualify merchants and submit applications for funding
• Work closely with managers and trainers to improve your pitch
• Hit approval milestones to unlock higher payouts and growth share on funded deals
• Build relationships with business owners and help them secure working capital

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable — able to work in-office from 8:45 AM – 6:15 PM
• Ambitious and competitive, with a strong desire to earn six figures
• Coachable and adaptable, willing to follow proven systems
• Resilient and persistent — able to handle rejection and keep dialing
• Strong communication skills (phone-based sales role)
