RN Case Manager: Care Coordination Expert

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients. This role involves analyzing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and participating in care coordination. The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least 2 years of RN experience, including 1 year in a clinical specialty.
