What You'll Do Float between 2-3 of our skilled nursing facilities, depending upon your availability: Oak Creek Rehab in Kimberly Desert View Care Center in Buhl Twin Falls Transitional Care Center Lincoln County Care Center in Shoshone Evaluate patients and developing individualized treatment plans Occasionally treat clinically complex patients Perform gait training and therapeutic exercise programs Provide balance training and fall-prevention interventions Complete wheelchair and equipment assessments Perform and assisting with all types of transfers Educate patients and families on safety and mobility strategies Supervise a PTA Collaborate closely with nursing and the interdisciplinary care team If you'd like additional support with any competencies, we are happy to provide training and mentorship.
