Job Title: Supervisor/Manager for Equipment Moving/Rigging Contractor.

We’re seeking an experienced Rigger/Equipment Mover to step into a supervisory/management role and join our growing team. In this position, you’ll handle project oversight, manage logistics, and travel to sites across the country—typically spending 1 to 3 days per week on-site. You'll be responsible for reviewing and preparing projects to safely move, deliver, install, and remove equipment.

This role offers the flexibility to live anywhere in the U.S. while working on nationwide assignments, with on-site work generally 1 to 3 days per week.

What You’ll Do

• Preview project scope and establish requirements necessary for successful effort.
• Oversee and assist with equipment deliveries, pickups, relocations, and installations
• Work remotely with office staff in day-to-day operations
• Must have experience managing personnel, site prep, troubleshooting, etc.
• Be knowledgeable using machine moving skates, dollies, pallet jacks, straps, ramps, lift gates, and other moving equipment
• Communicate courteously with team members
• Follow all company safety procedures and traffic laws

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• MUST HAVE hands on Rigging experience moving equipment/machinery
• Strong proactive leadership
• Able to pass background check.
• Familiar with Word and Excel
• Ability to read plans
• Ability to travel to various locations throughout the country
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate well with all team members.
• Professional, respectful customer-service attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving box trucks,
• Prior management experience
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Able to read plans
• Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, rigging, and various loading equipment.
• Mechanical skills or prior experience handling commercial equipment
• Aptitude for problem solving
