Minnesota National Golf Club & Resort is seeking a friendly, dependable, and safety-minded Shuttle Driver to assist with guest transportation during the golf season. This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible, part-time work one/two days per week while helping create a great guest experience at the resort.
Requirements: Responsibilities- Safely transport guests between the resort, lodging units, clubhouse, and designated local destinations within a 10-mile radius of the resort
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests
- Assist guests with loading and unloading bags or personal items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of shuttle vehicle
- Follow all traffic laws and resort safety policies
- Communicate with staff regarding schedules, pickups, and guest needs
- Report any vehicle maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable interacting with guests and providing excellent hospitality
- Ability to safely operate a passenger van or shuttle vehicle
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Approximately once per week during the golf season
- Primarily evenings and weekends, depending on guest needs and events
- Flexible scheduling possible
