Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Nuclear Medicine

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with ARRT or NMTCB registration and recent travel experience for a 13-week contract in Minot, ND.

Nuclear Medicine department performing mostly general imaging studies

Stress tests, HIDA, Bone, and PET/CT experience helpful but not required

5x8 AM shift schedule, 40 hours per week

No on-call requirements

13-week contract length

ARRT or NMTCB registered, or registry pending

NDMIRTBE license or temporary license required if applicable

Working knowledge of Nuclear Medicine procedures

Graduate of Nuclear Medicine School or ARRT Registered Technologist

Ability to start IVs for contrast administration

Recent travel experience required

Cerner experience strongly preferred

Resume, skills checklist, and proof of licensure required for consideration

Performs Nuclear Medicine studies, and prepares, measures, and administers radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic studies under Radiologist direction

Performs quality control and calibration testing on cameras and radiation measuring equipment per hospital policy

Follows radiation safety techniques and policies for receipt, use, and disposal of radioactive material

Responsible for proper charging of procedures through the hospital information system
