Technical Marketing Program ManagerSEL products and technologies play critical roles in various industries around the world. A well-coordinated and informed marketing team is essential to ensure that customers across many countries and industries are aware of our latest solutions and have access to high-quality training and educational resources.As a Technical Marketing Program Manager for the Industrial product line, you will translate industry research, product roadmaps, and customer insights into strategic marketing plans that position our products as integrated solutions to meet customer needs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders in Research & Development, Sales & Customer Service, and other divisions to ensure that all marketing collateral and activities are consistent, accurate, and addressing the diverse needs of our customers.A typical day might include the following:Own technical marketing programs for the industrial relay portfolio (SEL-700 and SEL-800 series) from planning through execution and post-launch optimizationMeeting with stakeholders and leaders across divisions to discuss product roadmaps, customer perspectives, industry news, and strategic marketing plansLearning about SEL technologies, major competitors, and industry trends through independent research and close collaboration with subject matter experts and marketing research analystsDeveloping marketing program plans, project proposals, and briefs that distill key technical information, business intelligence, and strategic objectives into actionable guidance for all related marketing activities and collateralLeading the development of marketing content and promotional activities through close collaboration with creative professionals and marketing operations teamsReviewing collateral for technical accuracy and evaluating the performance of marketing campaignsPresenting marketing plans and results for the designated program area to various stakeholders, including executive leadershipTrack program performance and report on KPIs including pipeline influence, campaign engagement, content usage, and win/loss trendsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Marketing, or related field.2+ years in technical marketing, product marketing, program management, or application engineering in power systems, protection, automation, or grid technology.Strong understanding of protection principles (overcurrent, differential, feeder protection, settings concepts, and system coordination fundamentals).This job might be for you if:You enjoy delving into research, learning technical topics, and solving complex problemsYou're skilled at building rapport with diverse stakeholders, representing their perspectives and needs, and facilitating decisions between groups with competing prioritiesYou excel at teaching, presenting to small and large groups, and painting a compelling vision that energizes teams and drives their workYou'd enjoy traveling to conferences, tradeshows, and customer sites to interface directly with engineers and leaders in the industryYou are highly motivated, well organized, strategically minded, and detail-orientedLocationKing of Prussia, PA – This position is located in King of Prussia, PA. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
