Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Collaborate with on-site specialists through the group's extensive internal referral network to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and care plans within the group's advanced Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Direct and collaborate with a dedicated support team of nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to optimize clinical efficiency and patient throughput. Participate in clinical workflow optimization and group practice governance, contributing to a structured pathway toward partnership and long-term financial ownership.
