Our experienced team works both independently and collaboratively to deliver consistent, high-quality accounting services that our clients can rely on.We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our exceptional accounting services team. In this key role, you will manage a portfolio of small business clients, deliver outstanding service, and ensure high-quality client deliverables. This position offers a flexible hybrid arrangement that combines in-office collaboration with remote work. We provide the tools and technology you need to stay productive from either location.Our clients rely on us for financial clarity and peace of mind so they can make confident business decisions. We achieve this by fostering relationships with our clients, providing them with the financial data and analysis that they need, and serving as a trusted partner.What You'll OwnPerform all accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end closing activities accurately and on time across the client portfolio.Ensure compliance with all payroll tax, sales tax, and 1099 compliance requirements.Provide accurate and timely financial, budgeting, and cash flow reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.Conduct financial review meetings with the clients, providing analysis, and building trust through value-added insights.What We're Looking ForDegree in accounting, business, or related field, preferred5+ years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll roles, preferably in a multi-client environmentHighly proficient in QuickBooks Online, ProAdvisor certification is a plusProficient with ADP Run, Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel), and adept at learning new technologyCore CompetenciesThorough knowledge and understanding of both cash and accrual basis accountingStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsKeen attention to detail and commitment to accuracyEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenHighly organized and able to manage multiple prioritiesProfessional and growth-oriented mindsetAble to work independently as well as collaboratively with a teamCompensation & BenefitsPaid Time OffHoliday PayRetirement Plan with 3% Company MatchSupplemental InsuranceMonthly Wellness BenefitProfessional Development SupportIn person work required for first 90 days, after which 1-2 days per week of remote work will be available.Work Schedule & Location• Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm (30–35 hours per week) • In-office, Peachtree City (Westpark area)
