Evening MRI Technologist

The work schedule for this position is as follows:

• Monday to Thursday: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Friday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Job Description

The Evening MRI Technologist will operate MRI equipment and assist in the diagnostic imaging process. This role requires a skilled professional with a New York State license for contrast injection. The technologist will ensure patient safety, comfort, and provide thorough imaging services.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI exams with precision according to established protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
• Administer contrast agents as needed in line with safety regulations.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is in safe working order.
• Document patient information and imaging results efficiently.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current New York State license for contrast injection.
• Active credentials in MRI technology.
• Experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
