- Manage and lead shop employees to ensure productivity and quality of service.
- Oversee parts ordering and ensure timely availability for service needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and maintain profit margins and pricing markups in line with store procedures.
- Ensure the shop is stocked with the necessary inventory and supplies to perform daily operations.
- Foster a customer-first culture by ensuring all clients receive courteous and professional service.
- Collaborate with store leadership to achieve operational goals and KPIs.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions.
- Train and mentor new team members as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or business training preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in service operations or shop management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems, parts ordering, and markup strategies.
