The individual will assist in monthly and quarterly close and forecast activities.Responsibilities:Build effective partnerships across the Professional Services & Field Sales business units.Prepare monthly and quarterly P&L and high-level financial package.Communicate variances to plan/budget to key stakeholders and collaborate across accounting, professional services, and operations teams.Combine quantitative and qualitative analysis to highlight business risks and opportunities and support long-term growth.Partner with business to accurately forecast metrics for Professional Services and Field Sales, including revenue projections and capacity expectations.Prepare, interpret, and communicate financial reporting, analysis, and ad-hoc reporting to business partners within Workday.Become acquainted with business processes and highlight opportunities for automation and process improvement.Support and manage ad hoc projects.About YouRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required.Minimum 5+ years related Finance experience.Other Qualifications:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the attitude to deliver and think ahead.Maturity to drive things forward and be a proactive contributor.Strong technical, analytical, communication, and influencing skills.Ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment.Experience with full P&L modeling including top line analysis and capacity modeling is a plus.Knowledge of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning is a plus.
