Now, we own more mattress industry patents than anyone in the world.Springs, foam, adjustable beds, machinery – our Bedding businesses design, produce, and supply innovative sleep solutions that help you rest comfortably.Learn more about Bedding Components: L&P Bedding GroupWhat you will be doing?Overseeing shift production, quality, safety, and maintenanceEmployee coaching, mentoring, and accountabilityManaging workflow by planning, monitoring, and executing targeted job resultsManaging KPIs and provides production reports to the Production ManagerWorking with production team to develop, plan and execute continuous improvement initiativesEncouraging safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnelAchieving acceptable quality and OTD requirementsImproving efficiency, productivity and reduce scrap to achieve product cost targetsEnsuring compliance with company policy and proceduresWe’re looking for a production supervisor with:At least 2-3 years in a Manufacturing Supervisory role preferredExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Suite ( Excel, Word, PPT, Access)Ability to manage a large, diverse group in a busy environment that is fast paced and rapidly changing; Multi-tasking abilities are a mustBachelor’s degree or some continuous education in Manufacturing or related field preferredWhat to Do NextNow that you’ve had a chance to learn more about us, what are you waiting for!
