This role involves building and maintaining highly used and critically important cloud-native applications that provide Situational Awareness and Collaboration capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript development, along with experience in modern software development practices and cloud technologies. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of security in all aspects of work.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain highly intuitive cloud-native applications using JavaScript and TypeScriptWrite efficient code that can adequately address concurrency and near real time needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environmentEnsure code quality through testing and code reviewsStay updated with the latest industry trends and cloud technologiesParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement effortsQualifications:Required:Proficiency in JavaScript and TypescriptExperience developing in a Linux environmentActive Top Secret SCI clearance and a recent polygraph preferredEither a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or graduation from an accredited coding bootcampMinimum of 7 years of professional software development experienceMust have or be willing to obtain Security+ certificationStrong knowledge of JavaScript programming languagesExperience with software development best practices and methodologiesDemonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior developersStrong system design and architecture skillsDesired:Track record of successful delivery of complex, mission-critical applicationsExperience with modern framework, such as SvelteExperience with WebSocket'sExperience with multithreading/concurrencyExperience with Kubernetes other containerized environmentExperience with RESTful API design and implementationSecurity+ certification (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe)-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
