Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at TeamViewer, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our Azure-based SaaS platform. You’ll work with a forward-thinking team that powers our core products and services, delivering a seamless experience to users worldwide.This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our platform, drive automation, and work with cutting-edge cloud-native technologies.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable Azure cloud infrastructure supporting TeamViewer’s global SaaS platform.Manage, scale, and optimize Kubernetes-based containerized platforms, leveraging GitOps workflows for declarative infrastructure and application management.Deploy feature and maintenance releases.Develop and enhance monitoring, alerting, and automation systems to guarantee 24/7 service reliability.Continuously improve infrastructure through automation and Infrastructure-as-Code.Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure rapid resolution of operational issues.Proactively identify and mitigate reliability risks, driving innovation and continuous improvement.RequirementsDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or software development roles.Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (AWS or GCP is a plus).Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools (e.g. Terraform, Argo CD).Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (including PowerShell).Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of databases (e.g. MS SQL, Postgres).Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus).Understanding of distributed systems, parallel programming, and test automation.Solid grasp of network security principles and best practices.A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong collaboration skillsWhat we offerCompetitive compensation and bonusesFlexible PTO and paid holidays401(k) with employer matchingComprehensive Health insurance package including 100% employer-paid medical coverageUp to 12 weeks of Parental LeaveBasic Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, 100% employer-paidQuarterly teambuilding events, leadership luncheons, and companywide “All Hands” meetingsOpen door policy and business casual dress codeWe celebrate diversity as one of our core values.
