Inspect vehicles consistently and identify maintenance needs, wear items, and potential safety concerns. Communicate findings clearly and accurately to support service recommendations and repair planning. Complete assigned services efficiently while following manufacturer guidelines, dealership procedures, and quality standards. Maintain accurate documentation of services performed, inspection results, and parts used. Support service lane efficiency by helping deliver a timely, professional, and seamless guest experience. Participate in training and development to build technical skills and advance within the service department. What We Are Looking For Prior automotive service experience preferred. Degree or certificate from a trade school required. Completion of a Mercedes-Benz program preferred. Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance services and general automotive systems. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work well as part of a team. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
