What you'll do: Collaborate with product, project, business, and user experience teams to develop high-level designs for small to medium projects. Manage defect tracking, regression testing, and performance troubleshooting to maintain application stability. Provide guidance and mentorship to small engineering teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and security policies. What you'll bring: Proven experience in software design, development, and delivery within Agile environments. Strong technical acumen in object-oriented programming, API design, and platform development. Expertise in debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting complex production issues. Proficiency in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices and automation scripting. Ability to analyze requirements, develop scalable solutions, and ensure high availability and maintainability. Experience mentoring and guiding small engineering teams, including offshore associates.
