Senior Program Manager, Health IT & Policy (OPTN/HRSA)

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Program Senior Manager to lead IT and operational professionals supporting HRSA and OPTN oversight. You will drive PMO governance, stakeholder engagement, and policy-aligned execution across national transplant governance. You will manage backlogs, IMS, and executive reporting with monthly and quarterly updates. You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with centers and clinicians, and ensure compliance with federal requirements and #J-18808-Ljbffr General Dynamics Information Technology
