Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed care plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and outcomes. Requirements Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Georgia. Experience in home health care or a similar setting preferred. Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Must pass background checks and drug screening.
