Life Insurance Associate-Kansas City

Position: Insurance Specialist - In office position Key Duties: Including but not limited to New policy applications Review against Outside carrier application requirements and necessary information for each case specifics Confirm illustration and application details with Financial Advisor/team Perform various pre-underwriting activities for policies, such as qualifying requests, gather and analyze data and client information, selecting rates and forms for coverage Existing policy service Prepare insurance change forms or related documents, and review them for completeness and accuracy Proactive follow up with our team, banks or other supervision teams to push for review and approval General office maintenance Assist with pulling and providing policy reports on a regular and as-needed basis Creation and maintenance of relevant SOPs Create new life insurance department SOPs as-needed for first time tasks/new policy types/new policy changes Update existing SOPs as-needed to include updated rules and regulations or changes to SWP procedures Key Characteristics Strong desire for personal and professional growth.
