We provide speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, developmental classes, and community programs to children and young adults up to age 21. Position Summary PMC is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing outpatient team. This role focuses on clinic-based pediatric occupational therapy, delivering evidence-based, play-focused treatment to support sensory integration, fine and gross motor development, and activities of daily living (ADLs) . Key Responsibilities Perform pediatric OT evaluations and assessments (OTR/L position only) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Address sensory processing, motor coordination, self-care, and ADLs Provide outpatient pediatric therapy services Educate families on home programs and developmental strategies Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (OT) or COTA certification Active Maryland OT or COTA license Pediatric therapy experience preferred (new grads welcome) Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical reasoning skills Schedule & Location Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN Monday–Friday, flexible Hagerstown or Frederick, MD locations At PMC we know our staff works hard.
