Interim Technical Support Engineer

Interim Technology Support Engineer Plano, TX We are hiring an Interim Technology Support Engineer for our Healthcare client in Plano. The ideal candidate will carry multiple certification and have experience performing Level I - Level III Technical support for internal and remote users. This position has several potential paths for growth including Desktop Support, IT Field Support or several other internal IT groups. What You'll Do: GÇïProvide 80%-100% phone support to local and remote users Learn and support proprietary healthcare applications Provide troubleshooting and support for email accounts, mobile devices, etc Continually provide excellent customer service Exhaust all means of ticket/issue resolution before escalating Take initiative to address issues that may arise outside of normal scope of work Provide excellent customer service for all users Skills/Experience You'll Need: HDI (Help Desk Institute), A+ and/or Network+ certifications 4+ years of IT Technical support experience Active Directory account creation, password reset, etc Mobile device support (Android and iOS) Excellent customer service and communication About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
