Litigation Associate Attorney Opportunity – Houston, TX & Dallas, TX My client, a nationally recognized litigation firm, is seeking Litigation Associates to join its Houston and Dallas offices. Base Pay Range $140,000.00/yr – $180,000.00/yr What You’ll Do Manage litigation cases from start to finish with minimal partner oversight Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Conduct depositions, hearings, and trial preparation Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators and support staff What They’re Looking For J.D. from an accredited law school; top third of class preferred 3+ years of litigation experience (trial experience a plus, not required) Ability to work independently and proactively manage cases Strong writing, research, and organizational skills Salary & Benefits 2–3 years: $140,000 – $150,000 Senior Associates: $180,000+ 401(k) with 6% match after 90 days Discretionary profit sharing HSA contribution: $1,200 annually Generous PTO: 19–29 days based on tenure, rollover options available Why Join?
