We're on the lookout for passionate, energetic Baristas to join our growing team and help bring the best bagels and coffee to our community. What We're Looking For: If you're a people person , a team player , and someone who takes pride in their work , this is the spot for you. We want individuals who:
- Have excellent customer service skills and love connecting with guests
- Are fast-paced and reliable with strong time management
- Are open to learning new things and eager to grow with us
- Can communicate clearly , read and remember orders, and multitask
- Enjoy working in a clean, organized space and will help keep it that way
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and take orders at the register
- Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and assist with cream cheese prep
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation; clean equipment daily
- Assist bakers when needed
- Pack and organize orders for takeout or pickup
- Keep inventory stocked and organized
- Be available for early morning shifts and weekends (we close at 2:00 PM )
- Able to stand for long periods and handle a physically active environment
