Travel Physical Therapist - $2,437 per week

Job Details Travel Physical Therapist – University Place, Washington. Start Date: 05/25/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 per week (8-hour shifts) Type: Travel assignment Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor of Physical Therapy with NPTEL certification. Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Minimum one year of clinical experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT, or actively pursuing licensure. Current CPR certification. Other requirements to be determined by the client facility. Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including direct care and evaluation of medical condition, functional capacities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Develop and administer a treatment program with specific goals tailored to each patient's capacity and tolerance under physician guidance. Establish realistic and achievable goals, document and record patient conditions, and educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop plan of care for each patient as per physician orders. Provide skilled physical therapy interventions and evaluate/adjust care to meet goals.
