Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) for a facility located in an outpatient clinic setting. This position involves evaluating, treating, and planning patient care across a broad age range, including pediatric through geriatric populations, with a focus on orthopedic and neurological cases. The role requires a resilient, hardworking candidate capable of managing change efficiently within a dynamic clinical environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Masters Degree in Physical Therapy, licensure required for the State of Michigan, no minimum years of experience (will accept new grads)
• Preferred Qualifications: None listed
• Float: Float rotation may be required at the outpatient clinic during low census periods; travelers can be put on call during these times and will receive call-back pay if called in
• Additional Information: Candidate must demonstrate resilience, social aptitude, and a willingness to manage change effectively. During flu season, mandatory mask-wearing is required for unvaccinated staff, including COVID and flu vaccination decliners, to ensure safety. Candidates with proven contract experience in colder climates are preferred for winter start dates to ensure reliability during weather events.
