Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to discuss remodeling and renovation needs
• Travel to client homes to perform estimates and consultations
• Build strong client relationships and guide customers through the sales process
• Prepare and present project proposals and pricing
• Close residential remodeling projects while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and execution
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential remodeling or construction sales experience
• Strong closing ability and customer relationship skills
• Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and estimates
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional
• Strong communication and follow-through skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for appointments
