Responsibilities / What you will do Gain hands-on experience as a Mid-Level Automotive Technician in Goodyear's Auto Service centers by diagnosing issues using mechanical aptitude while delivering outstanding service. Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation. Document all work performed on the repair order; report safety issues to management; promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours; maintain adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation. Provide excellent guest service by clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles; mentor junior technicians. Learn new technologies in the rapidly changing automotive industry and apply knowledge to diagnose and repair vehicles. Perform manual tasks for extended periods (including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting) as required.
