Senior Ad Policy Manager, Advertising Trust Policy

We believe thoughtfully executed advertising enhances customer experience while delivering positive ROI for our advertising partners.Key job responsibilities • Develop and manage comprehensive policy sets, from conceptualization through implementation and monitoring • Deliver clear risk assessments and high-quality written presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership • Create business requirement documents for product teams to ensure policy compliance • Foster collaborative relationships across Ad Trust Policy, Sales, Legal, PR, Public Policy, and other business units • Manage high-risk and high-impact escalations alongside moderation and support teams • Develop deep understanding of ad tech systems, particularly Amazon's infrastructure, to guide policy developmentA day in the lifeAs a member of the Advertising Trust's Policy & Integrity team, you'll work across Amazon's business lines to shape customer experience and long-term strategy for Amazon Advertising. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
