QA Lab Technician: Food Safety & Quality Testing

J.T.M. Food Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Lab Technician / Pre-Op Inspector to support QA operations on 2nd shift (4:00 pm – 1:30 am, Mon–Fri). You will perform calibration verification, pre-op inspections, and swabbing programs to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing/QA experience, and knowledge of GMPs, USDA, OSHA and BRC requirements.
