Food & Beverage Supervisor - Front of HouseThe FOH Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of the dining room and bar, overseeing front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience. As a hands-on leader, the supervisor works on the floor during service, supporting servers, hosts, and bartenders, resolving guest complaints, and ensuring all company standards for service, hygiene, and cleanliness are met.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupervise all Food & Beverage Outlet operations.Maintain exceptional levels of customer service.Ensure compliance of brand standards.Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.Knowledge & ExperienceBar experience.Server experienceAbility to work with cash.Skill in the use of computers and related software applications.Knowledge of food.Minimal knowledge of POS systems (Micros).Strong communication skills.Ability to be tactful and diplomatic with public and staff.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.Must have a high regard for customer service and the ability to perform in a fast paced environment.Work Environment/Physical RequirementsReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Hours/ShiftsDue to the type of business, you must be able to work nights, weekends, special occasions, and holidays.OtherVictory Casino Cruises has a no visible tattoo policy.
