Informatica PowerCenter - Senior Developer
Brief Description
Should have development experience in Informatica PowerCenter (V10.2 & higher) Platform
Knowledge on the Governance Tools like Informatica Axon, Informatica Data Quality, Enterprise Data catalog is a plus.
Knowledge on Informatica Cloud (IICS) is a plus
Required Skills
- Experience in gathering & analyzing the requirements received from business and creating design documents for new ETL PowerCenter requests
- Experience in building, testing, and deploying ETL mappings, connections, sessions etc. in dev, QA & prod environments
- Configuration of various services in power center
- Strong Informatica and ETL fundamentals
- Good Communication skills
- Experience in scripting preferably Shell or Python.
- Cloud (AWS) knowledge is a plus
Required Qualifications
- Have at least 6-8 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter
- Experience with administrative, migration and product upgrades in PowerCenter space; should be experienced with installation and configuration setup
- Experience working in Linux environment
- Ability to support working outside of normal business hours to provide after hour or "on-call" support when necessary to solve high priority incidents/problems.
