Location: Albany, NY 
Pay Rate: $75-80/hr -Actual compensation will depend on the individual’s qualifications, education, skills, and experience.

Position Summary
Laland Baptiste, LLC is seeking an experienced  Project Manager for a large, complex phased renovation project in Albany, NY.
The ideal candidate will have strong construction management experience overseeing large-scale renovations involving multiple phases, contractors, and stakeholders. 


Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of the renovation project.
• Coordinate contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, construction progress, and quality.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate construction phasing, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Identify and resolve construction, schedule, and coordination issues.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Support project closeout and turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• PE preferred, but not required.
• Strong Project Management/Construction Management experience.
• Experience with large, complex, phased renovation projects required.
• Experience with occupied or operational facilities preferred.
• Public-sector or institutional construction experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
