This role also includes transporting clients to and from the facility and the sober living house, appointments, and other necessary locations.Key Responsibilities:Client Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans developed by the clinical team.Conduct therapeutic activities and facilitate group sessions as directed by the clinical supervisor.Monitor and document clients' progress, behavior, and overall well-being.Transportation Services: Safely transport clients to and from the facility, medical appointments, and community activities.Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules and client travel logs.Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and well-maintained.Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure the safety of clients during transport.Crisis Intervention: Respond to crises and emergencies, providing appropriate interventions to de-escalate situations.Report critical incidents to the clinical supervisor immediately and document accordingly.Documentation and Communication: Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including daily logs, incident reports, and treatment progress notes.Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.Compliance and Training: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required; CDCA licensure requiredValid driver's license with a clean driving record.Previous experience in a behavioral health setting or related field.Certification in CPR and First Aid.Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and assisting clients.Skills and Abilities:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.Compassionate and patient, with a genuine desire to help clients achieve their goals.Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations.Work Environment:Work is performed in both clinical and community settings.Involves exposure to challenging client behaviors.Requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
