Creative Services Specialist - Graphic Design Location: Downtown Dallas Area Schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote Experience: 2-4 years We're partnering with a growing multifamily organization seeking a creative, detail-oriented Creative Services Specialist to support branding, digital marketing, website management, and creative production across a portfolio of multifamily communities. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who enjoys taking projects from concept to execution while balancing design, branding, digital content, and marketing initiatives. What You'll Do Develop logos, brand identities, and visual concepts for new communities and marketing initiatives Create and maintain print and digital marketing collateral, including brochures, business cards, signage, promotional materials, and other branded assets Design and update property websites, ensuring brand consistency and strong user experience Create social media graphics, templates, and short-form content, including Reels and other digital assets Assist with video content, basic motion graphics, and visual storytelling projects Collaborate with marketing, operations, and property teams to execute creative initiatives Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards Ensure all creative work aligns with established brand standards and marketing objectives What We're Looking For 2-4 years of graphic design, creative services, or marketing design experience Required experience within the multifamily industry Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Experience creating both print and digital marketing materials Working knowledge of HTML and CSS Experience with website content management and updates Familiarity with Yardi, RentCafe, Site Manager, or similar multifamily marketing platforms preferred Experience creating social media content and short-form video Understanding of typography, layout, branding, color theory, and visual hierarchy Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience with Canva or similar creative platforms Basic video editing and motion graphics experience Knowledge of SEO and website best practices Experience preparing files for print production Experience creating animated assets, transitions, or simple motion graphics Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
