Japanese-Bilingual Accounting (AP/AR) Staff Summary A Japanese trading company is hiring a bilingual Accounting Staff who is proficient in both Japanese and English. This role primarily involves entry-level AP/AR duties, along with some general affairs and reception tasks. Essential Duties Assist the administration team with office tasks and general duties to ensure smooth operations. Support accounting-related tasks such as processing transactions, maintaining financial records, and preparing reports. Entry-level AP/AR duties Some general affairs and reception tasks Ensure organizational policies are followed in administrative and accounting activities. Maintain accurate records and assist with monthly and year-end accounting procedures. Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English with internal and external teams.
