At Holding Hands, our Behavior Technician team delivers impactful, one-on-one care that helps children, adolescents and adults grow, develop, and thrive. As a Behavior Technician, you'll provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across Clinic, Home, Community, and School settings while being supported by experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative clinical team.Compensation & Benefits for Behavior Technician$ 22-$28/hour Direct Therapy rate$300 sign-on bonusFully paid training (no experience required)RBT certification support + exam reimbursementMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company matchFlexible part-time schedules (15–30 hours/week)Mileage reimbursement between sessionsClear career path: Behavior Technician ?
