AI & Business Intelligence Engineer

A growing company in the automotive products and services space is seeking an AI & Business Intelligence Engineer based onsite in Deerfield Beach, FL, to help modernize how the business accesses, analyzes, and acts on data.
This is a high-impact role with a strong opportunity to build AI-powered reporting, automation, and business intelligence solutions from the ground up.

COMPANY
Our client is a trusted partner to automotive dealerships, agents, and warranty administrators, providing premium vehicle protection products, sales solutions, training, and support that help drive dealership growth and customer loyalty.
ROLE
In this role, you will help transform business data into accessible, actionable insights. You’ll work with ERP data, including Odoo, build and maintain Power BI reporting, automate data workflows, and help create AI-powered tools that allow business users to access reporting through natural language.
You’ll partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand reporting needs, improve data quality, streamline manual processes, and build scalable BI and automation solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of ERP, BI, data analytics, or data engineering experience
- Strong experience with SQL, Power BI, Excel, dashboards, and reporting
- Experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience strongly preferredExperience building
- ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, or reporting-ready datasets
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, or similar AI/automation tools preferred
- Experience with Python, APIs, SharePoint, Microsoft O365, or data integration tools preferredStrong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical
