DESCRIPTION

Oversees from conception to final execution specifically managing the technical elements, bridging artistic vision with technical execution. Ensure the project's projects quality and safety by setting and enforcing the procedures to create a safe environment for performers and technicians. Trouble shoot during rehearsals and performances and act as the point person for any technical issues that arise diagnosing and resolving to keep production running smoothly. Directly involved in building sets, hanging lights, setting up sound equipment projections and other technology based elements. Train volunteer or student crews, often focusing on foundational skills and general safety procedures. TD trains student run crews crews. Function as both a manager and a technician.
