Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD)Blue United Sourcing is seeking an experienced Certified Medical Dosimetrist to join a comprehensive outpatient cancer center in Valdosta, Georgia. This full-time, direct-hire role works closely with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, and Radiation Therapists to develop safe, accurate, and clinically appropriate treatment plans.Location: Valdosta, GA. No Weekends!Salary Range: $103,730 - $151,882 depending on experience.Certification: Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) RequiredKey Responsibilities:Design individualized radiation treatment plans in accordance with physician prescriptionsGenerate dose distributions and calculations alongside the Medical PhysicistSupport treatment planning across modalities including 3D, IMRT, and SBRTServe as a technical resource for Radiation Therapists during plan implementationVerify accuracy of treatment calculations and maintain required documentationRequirements:Active CMD certification through MDCBBachelor's degree requiredCurrent healthcare provider CPR certification2+ years of IMRT treatment planning experienceStrong understanding of radiation oncology equipment and medical physics
