Compassionate Hospice RN Case Manager: Lead Patient Care

Silverado Hospice Austin is seeking a compassionate RN Case Manager to coordinate care, develop Plans of Care, and provide hands-on hospice and palliative care for patients and families in North Austin, Georgetown, Leander, Lakeway, and Bee Cave. You will join a nationally recognized team with strong growth opportunities and a commitment to quality care. Schedule is Full Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Requires RN license, minimum 1 year RN experience (hospice preferred), ability to lift up #J-18808-Ljbffr Silverado
