Join a team that thrives on excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment!Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for PCBA passive components (resistors, capacitors, inductors)• Manage supplier relationships, allocation negotiations, and capacity planning in a constrained market• Ensure supply continuity, lead-time management, and support for expedite and PO pull-in activities• Drive cost optimization, market benchmarking, and regional sourcing initiatives aligned with U.S. localization• Partner with Engineering, NPI, and CMs to ensure BOM readiness and component qualification• Identify and mitigate supply risks, including shortages, price volatility, and supplier performance gapsSalary Range- $120,000-$140,000@ HYVE Solutions, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
