Automoitve Service Writer.

Boeser Transmission & Auto Inc ., (DBA) Boeser Automotive. A locally owned and operated (33 years) independent auto shop in Savage, MN, is seeking a dedicated, experienced Service Manager to join our team. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality service, leading a skilled team, and managing the daily operations of a reputable auto repair shop (Google 4.8 rating), this is the position for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow, and parts ordering.

Ensure quality control and adherence to safety and industry standards.
Oversee financial aspects of service, including estimates and invoicing.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in service management or similar role in an automotive shop.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus.
Computer and keyboard skills.
